He even went a step further as Mayweather Promotions filed trademarks for “TMT 50” and “TBE 50”, leading many to believe that he would un-retire and do his 50th fight after retiring at 49-0. With all this speculation, the biggest question is who will he fight against? The name most people want to see is Gennady Golovkin aka Triple G (35-0, 32 KOs), the current unified WBA, IBF, and IBO middleweight champion. But Mayweather says that fight isn’t happening.
Though Floyd Mayweather is retired, boxers continue to call him out, hoping to get a fight with the undefeated champion.
