Auto Talk: 2013 Chevrolet Camaro 1LE images released, upcoming nav teased
You would be forgiven for having forgotten about the new 1LE package for the 2013 Chevrolet Camaro SS. Announced back in March, this performance upgrade package was quickly overshadowed by the arrival in dealerships of the 580-horsepower Camaro ZL1. While the Camaro lineup’s big dog may be all that anyone’s been talking about, not everyone can afford to step up to the Shelby-slayer. So, just like Ford found room for the Boss 302 between the Mustang GT and GT500, so too has Chevy made space for the 1LE between the SS and ZL1. Funk Flex

Compared to his variety in cars, James Bond doesn’t often throw a leg over a motorcycle. Yet this year’s Skyfall, due in October, will mark the second time in as many movies that Bond has tangled with the bad guys on two wheels. This time, though, EON Productions has partnered with Honda so everyone is on Honda CRF250R motorcycles made to look like local Turkish bikes. They were used for the action scenes and by the stunt crews, while the CFR450R was used for camera crews. Funk Flex
Auto Talk: Is Suzuki working on a next-gen SX4 turbo?
Suzuki looks to be putting a few development miles on the company’s next-generation SX4. Our spy photographers nabbed a handful of photos of the five-door during testing on public streets, and the heavily camouflaged vehicle helps give us a glimpse of what to expect from the next model. Even with the disguise, the new car looks larger and more substantial, with a new greenhouse and relocated side mirrors. Designers seem to have fiddled with the hatchback’s grille and headlamps, though we’re more interested in what can be seen through the mesh in the lower fascia. Look closely, and you can just make out what appears to be a sizable intercooler hanging out in the bottom air inlet. Funk Flex
Auto Talk: Lexus IS F Convertible wings in to the ‘Ring
Behold our first clear look at what could be a Lexus IS F Convertible. This retractable hardtop version of the high-performance IS F sedan has just been spotted pounding around the Nürburgring by our spy shooters, complete with a full suite of go faster aesthetic tweaks. The drophead wears the same aggressive front fascia and flared bodywork as the four-door model we know and love, though with a new, huge rear wing and more angled stacked exhaust tips. At this point, we don’t know whether this is a one-off creation for some wealthy European banker or if Lexus is actually planning to throw 416 horsepower into the IS C chassis. Funk Flex
