Frank Ocean’s Little Brother Shares His Thoughts on Frank’s Albums

A bunch of people got what they were asking for from Frank Ocean and then some. After not dropped a project in about 3 years and multiple delays, Frank decides to put out two whole projects in one weekend. Even his little brother Ryan had something to say on twitter about everything that has been going on in this one weekend and he took to twitter to express it.

Frank Ocean’s New Album Has Arrived! Stream “Blonde” Here

One of the most anticipated albums in a long time has finally dropped. After much hype, come and go release dates, fans driving themselves up a wall and one mysterious woodshop live stream, the 3rd official studio album “Blonde” from Frank Ocean is up and running on Apple Music & for purchase on iTunes. The album dropped after Frank Ocean announced on his website earlier today 4 major pop up shops in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago & London selling his “Boys Don’t Cry” magazine (which apparently has all of the album credits which are stacked with superstar contributions including Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Andre 3000, Tyler, the Creator, Pharrell, Rick Rubin & much more). Shortly after the pop up shop announcement, the album went live on Apple Music and iTunes for the world to enjoy and finally rejoice with happiness after the long wait. A little after the album was out, Frank went to his website to thank his fans and even had a sense of humor about the project being so in-demand. Check out the stream from Apple Music, magazine pictures and Frank’s thank you to fans below!

Stream Frank Ocean’s “Endless” Visual Album

The moment has come, it’s finally here…… I think. Frank Ocean took a two week break from his building warehouse but tonight around 11PM he made a return. During this live stream, music from Frank was playing and as expected, the internet went nuts. Many we’re wondering if his long awaited album “Boys Don’t Cry” was on the way at midnight, but instead, what we got was a visual album from Frank titled “Endless.” (taking a page out of the Beyonce playbook). Many are still wondering if this is the actual album, but remember way back when, Frank announced on his website that he’s got two versions. So “Boys Don’t Cry” still might be on the way. A New York Times Reporter who broke the news tonight on the visual album said Apple informed him to “stay tuned for more from Frank this weekend.” You can stream the new project from Frank via Apple Music below, which is 12 tracks long and around 45 minutes according to the credits. Stay tuned for more updates as they become known.

Lil B Reveals He Worked On Frank Ocean’s New Album

In a recent interview with Dazed, the Based God went into some detail about his role in the making of Frank Ocean’s highly anticipated sophomore album “Boys Don’t Cry.” With the botched news from the New York Times of an August 5th release date and the recent false promise of Apple reps confirming it would drop earlier this week, fans are starting to really get impatient. Here’s what Lil B had to say of his role in the making of it though, “Frank Ocean was amazing. He called me to come out and do some stuff for his album, Boys Don’t Cry, that’s coming out. Frank is amazing. He’s a beautiful man with a beautiful voice. He’s a very strong man, a very strong person. Anything that I can do to help him, I will.” When asked when or if he knew of a release date for the album, he said “If Frank releases. Let’s see what Frank releases. Frank has the material.” It sounds like it’s up to Ocean when and how he wants to roll this album out. If you ask me, I’m sticking with that November release date. Stay tuned for more updates. (Video) We’ve Found Frank Ocean!….and He’s Not Working On Music

While we’re still anxiously awaiting the oft-delayed Boys Don’t Cry, Frank Ocean isn’t really pressed about it. Amid the false promises on dates and unexplained live streams, the singer was spotted last night NOT at a studio, but out in the streets of L.A. with Tyler, The Creator and A$AP Rocky doing some street racing. Of course, he’s not supposed to be in the studio 24/7 so this is totally fine…BUT SH*T, WHERE IS THE DAMN ALBUM?! (Can you tell we’re anxious?) In the meantime, check out the footage below, via Rocky’s Snapchat.

Frank Ocean’s Producer Sorta Kinda Comments On Album Delay

Fans have been anxiously awaiting Frank Ocean’s sophomore album, Boys Don’t Cry, since he announced it over a year ago. It was supposed to come out last summer and has had multiple false release dates since then, with the most promising happening earlier this month when Frank began a weird live stream with Apple Music. A seemingly solid report was published saying that it would finally be released later that week, and of course, that still didn’t happen. Needless to say, fans are at their wits end! When Channel Orange producer Malay engaged in a fan Q&A on Reddit earlier this week, he was naturally bombarded with questions about the project, and after one fan wrote an extremely long essay, he finally decided to give a response – despite his initial disclaimer that he was not going to answer any questions about the album.
