On Friday we reported that legendary band, The Eagles, and their label have threatened to sue singer Frank Ocean over his us of the iconic song, Hotel California. Frank claimed that Eagles lead singer, Don Henley, even threatened him. Now reps for Don are saying that is not true but they are still not happy with Frank “stealing their song.” Odd Future’s Tyler the Creator also took to his Twitter account to address the issue. If you’re a Frank Ocean fan, chances are you are very familiar with his “Hotel California”-inspired song “American Wedding”. However, Rhino (the label who owns the rights to the Eagles song) is not too happy with the Odd Future crooner’s popular song. In fact, they are threatening to sue!
