There are so many conflicting reports coming out of the Frank Ocean vs. Chris Brown fight! At first it was said that Chris was the victim, as Frank had blocked his parking spot on, he tried to make peace with a handshake and then was jumped. Then they were saying Frank was the victim, mostly because of his tweets, his less-abrasive personality and the fact he stayed and spoke with cops while Breezy fled the scene. Now another new report helps add to Frank’s victimization story, as they’re saying it was Chris who threw the first punch. Details below.

Looks like Chris Brown isn’t being charged with the incident as a hate crime, but is being investigated for assault… the courts are going to look into it to see if it violates his probation (the one stemming from domestic violence against Rih). So far no news has been released on that. But something that has been released are Frank Ocean’s hospital records, which reportedly say that he left with “minor scratches”. So we told you all that Frank Ocean turned to twitter to talk about the situation with Chris Brown. Now, Chris Brown posted up a picture via Instagram captioning, “Working on my album. Not working on negativity. Focus on feeding ya family. Bullshit will forever be in the shadows.” He also puts up another one that captioned, “inspiration” for a Michael Jackson photo then lastly a photo of himself saying, “Work Hard.” Yes, Chris! Work hard, stop bullying others! Unfortunately, this could be huge trouble for Chris! I wonder what peacemaker The Game will say about this! Uh Oh! Chris Brown May Face Assault Charges Over Brawl Involving Frank Ocean!
And the trouble begins. Chris Brown (who no stranger to assault) is currently still on probation for viciously assaulting on/off girlfriend Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy awards. Then last year, he was injured in the ugly brawl with Drake and his entourage at the nightclub Greenhouse in NYC. But it looks like he’s in for more, due to Sunday night’s altercations involving Frank Ocean. Authorities are investigating allegations that Brown assaulted a man in a West Hollywood parking lot. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department claims the falling out was reportedly over a parking spot, “allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim.” The department says deputies responded to a report of a total of six men fighting. Chris Brown’s victim has yet to be revealed, but Frank Ocean did take to his twitter to share what’s been going on (see tweets below). Frank supposedly started the dispute when he blocked the 23-year-old singer from leaving Westlake Recording Studios in Los Angeles. Even though Chris Brown did not instigate the fight last night, it sure does seem like he ended it! Ended it ugly, at that! Who do you think won or would win between the two in the fight?!
