Floyd claims he went through all the necessary steps to get permission and made a statement reiterating that he has never failed a drug test. The IV didn’t have any banned substances inside of it but the fact he took the solution in that manner is the alleged problem. Manny Pacquiao and his camp are all over the story, demanding a rematch.
