Floyd Mayweather takes very good care of all the women in his life, including his barber who has been cutting his hair for the past seven years.
Ok, Ok, we get it. Nobody believes that Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor will ever actually fight besides myself and maybe a handful of people but as the fighters themselves talk about it, we have to as well. Just last night Floyd said he believes the fight will happen and it’s basically a matter of “if” and not “when” but based on how he was talking, it seems safe to say some legit talks have at least gone down.
I said it before and I will say it again. Either Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor are in the midst of the biggest troll job ever with sports fans or the idea of this fight is getting serious. The back and forth comments from both fighters seem to be flying faster than Floyd’s punches at this stage but there is still so much skepticism about it actually going down that it’s hard to take serious.
In the course of basically less than two weeks, we went from a rumored fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor never being able to happen and getting shot down by all the “experts”, to it slowly beginning to look like this could be the real deal. Of course it will take time to happen but you can definitely feel a different vibe now in regards to the fight, that includes Dana White!
There’s been rumblings about a possible boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor. Famed trainer Freddie Roach says he’s totally down to train McGregor as a boxer but there’s just one problem; Roach says McGregor needs three years before he’ll be ready to fight Mayweather.
OK, so either Floyd Mayweather and his camp, along with Conor McGregor and his team are trying to pull off the biggest troll job we’ve seen in a while, or there just might be some substance to the reports that these two will eventually get in the ring. Even though Amir Khan and Canelo Alvarez are fighting as I type this, Floyd was still in high demand tonight and was asked about fighting McGregor and his reply damn sure didn’t sound like it was all hype and exaggerations.
