Erica Kinsman, who is the woman that has accused Jameis Winston of rape, has decided to step out from the shadows and stop being anonymous and speak her tale with people actually knowing who she is. Prior to her deciding to do this, we only knew there was a woman saying she was raped and she once attended school there. Other than that everything was anonymous. She decided to tell her story in a documentary titled “The Hunting Ground”. The film also includes experts on the subject of campus rape, supporters of victims’ rights and others who identify as the victims of on-campus sexual assault.

Well, well! Braxton Miller could literally have his choice of schools if he decides to leave Ohio State, but a certain porn star REALLY wants him to come to Florida State. The ironic thing here is Oregon’s own athletic department is not without rape claims as a woman said she was raped by players from the school’s basketball team.

The 20-year-old FSU quarterback has undergone what is now day two of his sexual assault trial. Regardless of the reason, Jameis Winston just can’t seem to stay out of the news, and in the eyes of future bosses in the NFL, that is definitely not a good thing. Allegations of rape still hang over his head and at the moment that situation doesn’t seem like it’s going anywhere anytime soon. He has had other issues at the school that were more minor but this new allegation is serious enough to ruin his future and land him in prison.
