A report came out that Rex Ryan wanted out of the circus that is the New York Jets, the circus he helped create by the way. In the report is was said that Ryan wanted some serious changes in personnel including the firing of offensive coordinator Tony Sparano. Ryan however has come out and denied the allegations. NBA: Update On Avery Johnson Firing
We are getting more and more info regarding the Brooklyn Nets firing coach Avery Johnson yesterday. In my opinion the Nets made a silly move. I have been saying the Nets are an overrated team with too much hype surrounding them with the move to Brooklyn and the teams affiliation with rapper Jay Z. Yes they get alot of attention, but at the end of the day they have an overrated roster with superstar point guard in Deron Williams, who this season can’t shoot the ball to save his life. They brought in a “B-list” star in Joe Johnson, who is another over-hyped player who has never really won anything and has never proven he is a winner, even though he is talented. NFL: (Report) Rex Ryan Wants To Get Fired??
Now if I was part of the Jets organization I probably would want to be fired also. They became a joke in the NFL this season. More of a show off the field instead of on it. It is being reported that coach Rex Ryan would rather be fired if things do not change with the team this off-season. Mainly reports say he is referring to owner Woody Johnson making some changes regarding personnel. It is not likely he will be fired since he is still owed $6 million, but you never know. In my opinion he should be fired because he himself causes the circus like atmosphere that surrounds the team at times. Most believe that also includes offensive coordinator Tony Soprano, who’s suspect play calling considering the team they have was bad most of the season. After their red hot start cooled down dramatically, pressure mounted for head coach Avery Johnson. Today the Brooklyn Nets have relieved Johnson of his duties and named assistant coach P.J. Carlesimo as the interim head coach. Read more after the jump. Shay Marie
SMH! Dental Assistant Fired For Being Too Irresistible, Boss Feared They Would Have An Affair
Melissa Nelson was fired from her position of a dental assistant because he boss found her too irresistible and feared that the two would have an affair later down the road. Nelson said that her boss and her never engaged in anything that would lead him to believe anything could happen between them. She did recall a few moments of inappropriate behavior from the boss that she never even responded to, including him telling her that if her clothes were too revealing that his pants might bulge. On Friday the Supreme Court of Iowa court, with only male judges, ruled that James Knight was within legal rights of firing Nelson. SMH. Read more below. Julie A.
