Funny man Jimmy Fallon made his return back to television with his cast and all where he detailed his freak accident on “The Tonight Show” that almost cost him his finger! He was trying to break his fall in his kitchen when he finger got stuck, almost ripping off his ring finger (with his wedding ring and all!)
