Back in June, the principal of Fetty Wap’s former high school in Paterson, New Jersey was suspended with pay, pending an investigation into how he handled the on-site filming of Fetty’s controversial music video, “Wake Up.” The video contains imagery like stripper poles, bongs, 40oz beer bottles and more, which while it’s suitable for a typical video in a club or a party, it doesn’t mesh well inside the halls of a high school – and angry parents and the township were quite vocal about that. An investigation was conducted in the months following, and the conclusion has now been announced. NJ.com reports that Fetty has been completely cleared in the matter, and that officials place the blame solely on principal Zatiti Moody.
