Tom Monaghan, the founder of Domino’s Pizza is suing the United States Government over mandatory contraceptive coverage in the health care law. In the ObamaCare policy companies are responsible for providing contraception or abortions, Monaghan, who is Roman Catholic, offers health care insurance without contraception or abortion coverage to his employees and feels the government is encroaching on his rights as an employer to do which what he see’s fit. Federal Government To Take Legal Action Against Marijuana States
The federal government is threatening to take legal action against states in which marijuana has become “legal.” Colorado and Washington can face serious legal action that pretty much make lawmakers over-turn their decision to decriminalize weed. The news comes just days after a person was pictured sparking up right under the Space Needle in Seattle.
