Three Rescued From Midtown Spa Blaze, 1 FDNY Injured

The FDNY responded heavy this morning to a fire at the Happy Valley Spa on the second floor of a five-story building at 31 West 46th Street close to 5th Avenue. More than a dozen firetrucks & ambulances rushed to the blaze after it was called in @ 10:38AM. Three men were rescued from the roof & one firefighter was taken away on a stretcher but appeared to be okay. Hit the jump to find out more. Amanda Mullen

Earlier today we posted the Celebs that were at the NY Jets vs Dallas Cowboys last night’s game. I wanted to take a moment to shed light on the high profile celebrities like Jay-Z, Robert Dinero, Tony Romo & Lebron James whom wore the NYPD or the FDNY caps. On the NYPD is the Traditional Badge in from with the letter NY on side and another of the patch is PD. The 9/11 lettering is stitched on the right side. MLB Denied Mets From Wearing NYPD, FDNY Hats
