Legendary fashionista/comedian Joan Rivers might not be with us anymore, but her spirit definitely lives on. Rivers’ Manhattan mini-mansion located right off Fifth Avenue has officially hit the market for a whooping $28 million dollars. Her property takes up the entire top three floors of a seven floor building built by millionaire John Drexel back in 1903. Rivers purchased the property back in 1988 and lived there until she passed away unexpectedly this past September due to a malfunction while undergoing a routine endoscopy. Rihanna was spotted leaving her plane at JKF Airport in New York in a rather questionable outfit choice after spending some time in the Big Apple promoting her new MAC Viva glam line. She had on a scarf made of fur with black combat boots, super loose blue jeans, and an over-sized sweatshirt. Not quite sure what she was trying to do with this ‘fit, but we’re not crazy about it. During this year’s 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Miley Cyrus shocked the world yet again with her wild outfit choice during her performances.
