Jeremiah Eshew-Shahan was killed by the family dog, a mastiff-rhodesian mix, on his first birthday. Â Reports say that the young boy tried to pet the 120-pound dog and the dog then sink his teeth into the little boy. Parental neglect led to the dismemberment and death of a 2-month old infant by a dog as the boy’s father slept nearby, a South Carolina coroner ruled Monday.
