New Orleans just hosted the New Orleans Jazz Fest and is now gearing up for the second biggest event, the Essence Music Festival. The four-day event is mixing up old school like Biz Markie, Maxwell and Big Daddy Kane with contemporaries such as Trey Songz, Janelle Monae and Brandy. Guess who’s chosen to headline the event?
