EPIX , a TV network, has introduced a streaming video app made for Sony’s PlayStation Vita handheld and PlayStation 3 console, which will allow PS subscribers access to over 3,000 film titles. The premium TV network, catalog spans from recent box office titles to original films and classic titles. The app is free and available to subscribers now for PS3 and coming to to PS Vita.

According to reports, Apple has been in talks with major TV channel Epix over rights to streaming its content to the Apple TV or any other Apple device which has that capability.
