The Jersey Shore star held out on the news until she was far enough along to relieve most doubts the baby was healthy, and revealed the details in the cover story for US Weekly. “I didn’t want to lie to my fans, but the cardinal rule when you are pregnant is that you can’t tell anyone but your closest friends and family till after three months,” she told the mag.
