After we finished watching the now-infamous Solange x Jay Z elevator fight on repeat a million times, the first thing to come to everyone’s minds was, “Wow, how quickly do you think THIS guy was fired for leaking it?!” It took a couple days, but finally, the report on what happened to him – and how much he made for the footage – has been revealed! As you can easily assume, the person has been fired, as they “breached the security polices of the hotel by recording the confidential CCTV video” as The Standard put it. Their info has also been handed over to police for a criminal investigation, and they can be facing some major repercussions for leaking it. While the world is still attempting to piece together what exactly happened in that elevator, Beyonce, Jay Z and Solange are like, “We good, y’all!” At least, that’s what they want us to believe. Since the incident, Bey and Jay have attended multiple basketball games together, Jay and Solange were reportedly jewelry shopping together, and now – Bey is making it point to post multiple (4 to be exact) consecutive photos of her and her sis from recent events. A little overkill, no? Meanwhile, Solange deleted all but one Beyonce photos from her account, as we know. Ugh, this just gets more confusing by the minute!

It was the news heard ’round the world yesterday, when footage leaked of a violent elevator fight between Solange Knowles and her brother-in-law Jay Z – all the while Beyonce looked on undeterred. Little is still known about the cause of the fight, though many have been speculating it was something Jay did to Bey, as paparazzi footage directly after the incident shows Jay avoiding getting in a car with Solange, but Bey going with her. Itty bitty details continue to emerge as everyone continues to search for clues, and unfortunately, it’s only making the matter more confusing. Shortly after the incident occurred, Beyonce posted a meme to her Instagram account, asking the Lord to bless the relationships in her life. On a related note, Solange has gone through her Instagram account…and deleted all but one photo of her and her big sis together! However, two days after the incident, both Solange and Bey reportedly flew out to Costa Rica together and attended Kelly Rowland’s wedding to longtime boyfriend and manager, Tim Witherspoon. Oh, and as for the photo of a tweet from Solange that’s making its rounds on social media, saying that Hov hit Beyonce – totally fake, as confirmed by her rep. So what do all these new details tell us? Absolutely nothing! MAN why can’t we get our hands on that audio?!
