After many unanswered requests from Republican lawmakers to have, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the one remaining suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, they finally got a response. It didn’t work well in their favor, seeing as those lawmakers requested that Tsarnaev be seen as an enemy combatant. After seeing a federal judge in the hospital, where he remains in critical condition, Tsarnaev got the news. Even though he is only able to communicate via writing, Tsarnaev still has not entered any plea. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney states, “He will not be treated as an enemy combatant.” Carney made it even more clear by adding, “We will prosecute this terrorist through our civilian system of justice.” I mean what would the military do to this guy that the civilian system wouldn’t do? Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Will Not Receive Miranda Rights
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the only living Boston bombing suspect, will not be read his Miranda rights which give him the right to an attorney and the right to remain silent. Before he was captured alive Boston police, the FBI, ATF, and more did everything the could to catch Tsarnaev and make sure that he is still alive. He was taken to a hospital last night and thus far we have no update on his condition. After he was captured and alive, the debate began on whether or not he should be read the rights. We are relieved to inform you that the Manhunt for the suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing is finally over. Days after bombs went off at the Boston Marathon one suspect is dead the other suspect has been captured. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was hiding in a boat not far from the site where his brother was killed in a shootout with police last night. The streets erupted with cheers when it was announced that Tsarnaev had been captured, people dont just want to blame somebody they want answers, they want to know why?
Shots Fired! Police Believe They’ve Got Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Hiding In A Boat?!?!
The police have surrounded the area where shots were fired early this afternoon in a suburb of Boston. They believe there is a man hiding in a boat in the backyard of a home, and they are approaching cautiously. Thomas Menino, the Mayor of Boston says that it is Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the boat although the authorities have yet to confirm that yet. They believe he’s wearing an explosive vest, or he has explosives nearby. We will have more details as they come.

With everybody ready to point fingers at the Tsarnaev brothers after the Boston Marathon Bombing; even family members have spoken out against the boys, as the manhunt continues not everybody is pleased with the evidence provided. At times like these we’re always ready to get the bad guy, but in our desires to make someone pay for the crimes, it’s also important that we remember that these suspect(s) are inocent until proven guilty. Maret Tsarnaev, the Aunt of the two boys spoke out to reporters in Canada earlier today saying that the evidence she’s seen is not enough for her to say that her nephews are guilty. Maret who claims that she is a lawyer seems very clear about how she feels on the situation, not enough evidence has been given, and there’s an awful lot of pressure on the authorities to catch the one remaining Tsarnaev brother. If the 19 year old Dzhokhar get’s his day in court and he’s guilty then punish him accordingly, but nobody wants to see somebody pay for someone else’s crime. Watch the video down bellow!
(Video) Uncle Of Boston Bombing Suspects Speaks Out, Calls Them Losers
Ruslan Tsarni, the uncle of Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev the Boston bombing suspects, is now speaking out against his nephew’s actions. Tsarni, who lives in Montgomery Village, Md, says that he hasn’t really spoke to his nephews in years and he sends his sympathy to the real victims of the bombings. Tsarni also called his nephews losers and urged Dzhokar to turn himself in. Watch more below.
