It’s finally here. NBA All-Star weekend is officially underway tonight with a couple events including the celebrity game and the rising stars challenge. There are many side activities tonight as well, including the media day for the players. Chris Paul and the Clippers lost pretty bad to the Miami Heat Friday night. But he didn’t let that stop him from enjoying the Miami nightlife with his friend Dwayne Wade while he was in town for the night. Some of his Clippers teammates such as Lamar Odom and Blake Griffin joined him as well, where they also linked up with Kevin Hart, who I am sure was mad there were so many taller guys around stealing his shine ( just playing Kev ). They bounced around from “Room Serivce” to “Club Play” with the Wade leading the way. Check out the photos in the gallery after the jump.

Ahh, to live the life of a celebrity athlete definitely has it’s perks. Expensive things that you are able to afford usually wind up costing you nothing, what a life right? Dwyane Wade woke up today to a very pleasant surprise in his driveway. A Nice cherry red McLaren!! He put the pic up on instagram with the caption “Wow..woke up from my nap to this!! McLaren in my driveway. An amazing 31st bday gift from #thecollection”. He actually spelled it “Mclauren” but we will give him a pass on the spelling. NBA: Lebron, Wade “Scrutiny Of Lakers Don’t Compare To Us”
Seems Lebron & D-Wade have an issue with the recent scrutiny the Lakers have been getting. We all remember what the members of the BIG 3 went through when they first got together in Miami. They were hated from the start and every single loss was put under a microscope by the media and the Heat were pretty much bashed all season even though they did make the NBA finals where they lost to the Dallas Mavericks. Some of the scrutiny was definitely correct, especially with the way Lebron handled the whole ” I’m taking my talents to south beach” thing. Now the Lakers are the team being bashed by the media but Bron and Wade have their own opinion. Read more after the jump. IamJOE357
NBA:(Video) Monta Ellis Compares Himself To Who?? Pleaseeeeeee
Monta Ellis is bugging for this one. He feels he can compare himself to Dwayne Wade?? I am not going to bash him too hard but he needs to relax with that. Ellis is a high volume shooter, who needs to shoot ALOT to get his points. He is a guard who is known for letting shots fly, but meanwhile shoots a HORRIBLE percentage. He is not the type of player to make other players around him better either. He is a scorer and that is it, and not really a good one at that. Ellis is definitely a good player, but he should be more realistic about who he compares his game to. Not too mention do not compare yourself to someone who has 2 NBA titles already and played a major role in winning both of them. Watch the video after the jump. IamJOE357
