Madonna is selling one of her NYC duplex for a whopping $23.5 million! The Material Girl will be keeping her other duplex and is hoping to sell the other lavish crib to someone with a large bank account. The 6,000 square feet Upper West Side apartment is in a building that was built in 1907 and has four bedroom ‘wings’ with six or seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and five wood-burning fire places.
