Yesterday, two double-decker tour buses collided in Times Square on 47th and 7th Ave, leaving 18 people hurt. Now, one of the drivers is under investigation and has been charged with driving while his ability was impaired. At this time, it’s still unclear what drugs he was on. More after the jump.

Justin Blackmon, who if we are going off talent alone has the potential to be one of the best receiver’s in the NFL was arrested again yesterday for marijuana possession and this time the whole ordeal is captured on police dash cam. Blackmon was already currently suspended indefinitely from the Jacksonville Jaguars for violating the NFL drug policy and adding this arrest to that situation is making things really bad for him. He has continued to have trouble off the field the past few years and it is likely he will be suspended for this entire upcoming NFL season. Hit the jump.

Bobbi Kristina lost her mother, Whitney Houston, a few years ago to drugs. Unfortunately, it seems like she’s following in the same footsteps as her legendary mom. She posted a picture of herself onto her Instagram account smoking a bong with a troubling message explaining how much pain she’s in that sparked concerns. “This picture may be inappropriate but I want to make a connection with you all. Don’t worry this picture isn’t recent just hear me out. Do you know what I feel? I feel strange I can’t feel any pain anymore.
