Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that police can not extend a citizen’s detention, during a traffic stop, to look for incriminating evidence unrelated to the initial stop. This ruling came about as a result of the final decision in the Rodriguez vs. U.S. case, in which the Supreme Court voted 6-3 in favor of Rodriguez. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg said, “A traffic stop becomes unlawful if prolonged beyond the time in fact needed to complete all traffic-based inquiries.”
Jimmy Henchman Sentenced to LIFE In Prison!
This guy has been plastered all over the media. In case you haven’t heard, Jimmy Henchman, real name James Rosemond has officially been sentenced to life in prison as of Friday [10/25]. Czar Entertainment was the forefront of a multi-billion dollar drug ring, head up by Henchman. Trafficking drugs between L.A. and New York landed the once music executive and manager to acts such as, Brandy, Gucci Mane, Game and Akon, 13-counts – money laundering among others – June of last year. (Video) Mendeecees Harris Of Love & Hip-Hop Shows Up To Court For His Drug Charges
Mendeecees (who gave him this name – from this point on, I will refer to him as Harris) HARRIS of the current season of Love & Hip-Hop has gone to court to discuss some things involving his case on felony drug charges. Harris and his co-conspirators, Tyrus Harris (the brother) and Ronald Walker have been charge for allegedly trafficking more than $2.5miL (count them – $2.5miL) worth of heroin and cocaine. While in court, Frank Sherman, the Assistant U.S. Attorney asked the judge if Harris could be held without bail…there are some facts that the judge has to go over before he makes that decision. WHOA! Once everything is said and done, Harris could face up to 20-years in prison. WHOA! I wonder what Yandy will do if the worst happens. Talk About Work…This Guy Was Caught With 100+ Pounds Of Weed In His SUV
Devin Peterson and three of his comrades were drug trafficking in Nevada when the driver ran a stop sign and got pulled over. State trooper, Chuck Allen found 109 lbs worth of that Mary Jane in the SUV. Peterson stole the troopers cruiser and then shot and killed himself with the officers gun. The trees were worth $500,000 on the streets. Talk about BANK. Other suspects were Manuel Rodriguez and get this, MOLLIE Bass and CHRISTIAN Magliano. Funny! Drop down bottom for more.
Zetas Drug Capo “El Taliban” Captured
Ultra-violent Zetas cartel have suffered a blow after Mexico have captured one of the country’s most-wanted drug traffickers, Ivan Velazquez Caballero (center), known as “El Taliban.” Caballero has been in an internal bloody battle with top Zetas leader Miguel Angel Trevino Morales, which has seen massacre and shootouts. 17 Mutilated Bodies Found In Mexico
In Jalisco, Mexico, where it is known for violent drug cartels, 17 mutilated men were found on a farm. The bodies were discovered as Mexicans were celebrating there independence.
