Police report that they have taken down a pair of two drug rings that operated in Washington Heights. One of the rings operated as a phone delivery service for cocaine and heroine and the other was an open-air drug market. These operations ran practically right next door to other another and extremely close to two public schools.After a year and half of investigating police were finally able to take down the drug gangs leading to arrests of 35 people. NYPD raided a heroin mill in The Bronx on Thursday. Authorities were able to round up four drug dealers and 5 million dollars worth of drugs. The group of dealers were arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday. Hit the jump for more.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said that the drug trafficking talked about was a threat to Albany, New York, which lead to 25 individuals’ arrest. Andi Sanderlin had a business going! The woman from Scarsdale set up shop in Queens, and also had growhouses in the Bronx and Brooklyn. She was ratted out by a member of a 5-person marijuana ring that just got caught in Manhattan, and the DEA staked out her location, and eventually arrested her. She was caught with almost $8000 in her purse, and had a few cars in her name in the past, including a Maserati. She’s in house arrest in Brooklyn and is being tried for a minimum of ten years.
