For a little extra cash per month these women in South Africa are getting drunk all day every day with a “moonshine” mixture (that includes BATTERY ACID) so that their unborn child will come out with disabilities. The average family on assistance in this area of South Africa will get £20 (about $26 in American money), but if they have a child with a disability they get £85 (about $111 in American money). When drinking this elixir, the child is likely to be born with a disability called, Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). More than three-quarters of the children at the Miracle Kids Centre in Helenvale suffer from FASD.
