J Cole surprised his die-hard New York based fans with an incredible experience on Saturday using Subway flyers and posters as their only promo. J. Cole & Dreamville artists Cozz, Bas and more set out to throw their first ever NYC bar crawl at three different venues in one night. It was definitely an experience of a life-time for true Cole supporters. Check out the footage from SOB’s below!
Last week, J. Cole revealed in a series of tweets that he would soon be dropping his Dreamville Records compilation project, Revenge of the Dreamers II. The release date was set for this coming Friday (December 11,) and prior to its release, he began gifting select fans with a private link to the project on social media. Apparently, this inspired Cole to go for yet another surprise, and instead of waiting until Friday, he made the project available on Monday night, December 7. Cole’s Dreamville artists, Bas, Omen and Cozz, all make appearances throughout the 9-track tape, but there were two new names in there as well: Ari Lennox and Lute. Turns out – they’re the newest Dreamville signees!
