Rolling up his snazzy orange jumpsuit sleeves to show off his tatted up arms, the Biebs was quiet as he faced charges in his DUI/resisting arrest/driving on a suspended license case, and bail was set at $2,500. The pop star has hired attorney Roy Black, who has successfully repped William Kennedy Smith, Rush Limbaugh and Kelsey Grammer in the past. JB should be released shortly.

As we’re all well aware of by now, Justin Bieber was arrested early this morning in South Beach, Miami, and charged with a DUI, drag-racing and resisting arrest. He has since admitted that aside from alcohol, he was also under the influence of pills and weed. The latest reports are saying that his father, 38-year-old Jeremy Bieber, helped his son facilitate a lot of the illegal activities that ultimately led to his placement behind bars. Sources say Jeremy was one of the people who helped block off a residential street for Justin’s drag-racing against Khalil, and was also right by his son’s side as he smoked and drank at the club and did nothing about him getting in his car while under the influence. Parent of the year award! SMH.

In the early hours of this morning, Justin Bieber was arrested on South Beach after cops pulled him over for drag-racing in his yellow Lambo, and found that he was not only DRUNK, but was driving on an expired license. He also resisted arrest, so that will likely result in additional trouble for the pop star. Just before he was speeding through the Miami streets (reportedly against Def Jam singer Khalil,) the Biebs was over at Lil Wayne’s indoor skate park, brushing up on his basketball skills with Young Money president, Mack Maine.
