Actor Commits Suicide After Euthanizing His Dog
A struggling Soap Opera actor, Nick Santino, killed himself on Tuesday-which just so happened to be his 47th birthday. The actor had just put his dog down due to rules of his Manhattan condo. According to the NYPost the actor left a suicide note saying that he betrayed his best friend and he failed him before ODing on pills. Read more after the jump. Julie1205

Man Faces 10 Years In Jail For Sexual Assault On A Chihuahua
A wheelchair-bound man faces 10 years in jail for sexually assault a chihuahua. The man must also register as a sex offender once he leaves jail. The man was found guilty of sexually assaulting the chihuahua after a vet noticed that the dog had internal injuries. This case is the first of it’s kind and certainly the first in which the person was given such a long sentence. Read more after the jump. Julie1205

Dog Survivors Gas Chamber
A stray beagle found in Alabama was supposed to be put down in a gas chamber but the dog survivied! The beagle, whose name is Daniel, is now at a pound in New Jersey. Daniel walked out of the carbon monoxide administered by the Animal Control Department in Florence, Ala., on Oct. 3 unharmed. Daniel is the third dog in 12 years to survive a gas chamber.
