The Australian DJs responsible for the prank call on Kate Middleton could be facing charges.The prosecutors are considering these charges after the nurse that received the call and transferred it to someone that disclosed Kate’s condition, committed suicide. The company that owns the station that was responsible for that Kate Middleton prank has officially canceled for good. Not only have they terminated the show but implemented “a company-wide suspension of ‘prank’ calls.” Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) issued the statement that they are in deep regret, but they don’t believe they’ve done anything wrong. They’re extremely sorry for death of Jacintha Saldanha, hospital nurse, which followed the prank. TMZ explains the radio station, “take the events of the last few days very seriously.” They’ve even reached out to the hospital, but as you can expect, they got no response.
