Big Sean is touring in Europe right now and hanging out with some of his international friends. He had a private album listening session with in the UK and those who heard it were raving, DJ Semtex called it a “classic” off the cut. Big Sean says it’s not even mixed down yet but he “wanted to make a statement, to make something that would last ten years from now,” and from the conversation it seems he’s taken a very mature approach to this album. He discusses how his record with Nas came about, and his record Fire is definitely a standout track. Big Sean expects the album to drop this summer! Check the video bellow.

Big Sean Confirms G.O.O.D. Music’s “Cruel Winter” Is Coming Soon!
There’s been rumors and even some confirmation from outside sources and affiliates, but G.O.O.D. Music star Big Sean has officially confirmed the release of the group’s next compilation album, Cruel Winter. The album will be a follow up to their debut Cruel Summer, released in September of this year. While talking to DJ Semtex overseas in London, Sean revealed that the project is on its way, though he can’t confirm whether it’ll be here before Christmas. “I know I did something for Cruel Winter and I was like ‘god damnit I might need to cut this for my album,’ because it was really good,” he told Semtex. Sean’s sophomore effort Hall Of Fame is scheduled for a 2013 release. I wonder if CW will hit before or after! Marisa Mendez
