Lil Wayne Makes Amends With His DJ After Chucking A Microphone At Him On Stage
Last week, Lil Wayne made it very public that he was angry with his DJ of the past 8+ years after he chucked a microphone at him during his performance before storming off stage. Wayne was performing at Nova South Eastern University in Miami when his DJ played the regular version of O.T. Genasis’ “CoCo” song instead of the instrumental, where he was going to deliver his Cash Money diss live on-stage fresh off his Sorry 4 The Wait 2 mixtape. The DJ was also apparently messing up the order of his playlist throughout the performance, adding more fuel to Weezy’s fire. However, sources have revealed that YMCMB president Mack Maine sat the two down and made them peace it up. It’s stupid to see a relationship go down the drain over something so petty (although Wayne has been going through that a lot lately).
Caught On Tape: WOAH! Lil Wayne Throws Microphone At DJ For Playing The Wrong Song!
Lil Wayne has been having some heck of a month and it’s only the beginning. During a concert that took place at Nova South Eastern University in Miami, Weezy came out to perform a track when the DJ played the wrong instrumental of “Coco.” Once he realized it wasn’t the proper version, Wayne took his microphone and chucked it right at the DJ and stormed off stage in an angry fury. Last night Shaq was showing off his DJ skills as he jumped on the 1’s & 2’s during the live broadcast from New York City of “The NBA on TNT”. Shaq knows what to do but he must have got too into the moment because he totally ignored the fact he was playing the uncensored version of “Tom Ford” by Jay Z. Now the words that slipped threw were mainly the “N-word” a bunch of times and the word “ass”, which may not offend or bother most people, but when we are talking live television and corporate dollars, best believe someone behind the scenes was not too happy! The show cut to black briefly when someone caught on, but the show was basically ending anyway. Hopefully TNT isn’t too mad at Shaq because he had the crowd rocking.
