Ben Affleck Wins Directors Guild Award For Argo

Ben Affleck took the top honors at the Directors Guild Awards for his work on Argo which has been racking up awards this season. Usually the winner of the DGA award goes on to claim best director at the Oscars, however Argo was snubbed for Oscar nominations in that regard. Argo is nominated for best picture on Hollywood’s biggest night, let’s see if Affleck will be picking up hardware for his third picture behind the camera. Hit the jump for more.
