It will always be one of those history questions about the NBA. The Pistons had the second pick that year and after the Cavs took Lebron, Detroit chose seven-footer Darko Milicic instead of those other guys and they are still kicking themselves till this day. Darko, a non-factor his entire career until he realized he was never going to amount to anything and retired, is still an athlete, but in a much more violent sport.
