On Tuesday at 11 am, a 87-year-old resident of Glenwood Gardens collapsed at the facility while a staff member called 911 but refused to give the woman CPR. The elder woman was a resident at a Bakersfield retirement facility, and was denied CPR because it was against the facilities rules. Imagine your own grandmother or grandfather denied CPR — I can only image what it would be like to make that decision, but at the end of the day… isn’t life more important? Judge Jim Dabney called Mark Heller an “incompetent” for screwing up paper work to dismiss charges – DENIED. Dabney says that the lawyer has no clue about California Law and adds, “Lindsay either has to get another lawyer who knows what he’s doing or she has to come into court and waive her right to a competent California lawyer.” Lindsay can’t do anything right and that includes getting a lawyer to get her off. He’s tried numerous times to appeal the conviction, but he’s finally ran out of all resources. In a 10-2 vote in favor of conviction, the jury has denied him his last chance. Life in prison it is.
