Bobby Shmurda was back in court today and once again he was denied bail. This has been the seventh time the rapper has been denied bail since being arrested over a year ago on charges of of conspiracy to commit murder. According to reports, Judge Abraham Clott claimed because he saw no “substantive change” in the case, he would not consider bail. Shmurda’s attorney, Alex Spiro, started that all parties involved are “frustrated” with the decision and the case. If you recall, back in December Shurmda’s team believed they had a “bulletproof” case to get bail and was also denied. We’ll continue to keep you posted with details.
