There’s been a lot of talk about the possibility of trading DeMarcus Cousins but here’s the reality: The Kings organization has no real desire to trade him. They know they have a franchise cornerstone piece in the young center and new coach George Karl likes him. Cousins himself doesn’t want to be traded from Sacramento, either. That however doesn’t mean that he trusts management, there’s still a small rift but he’s not trying to push his way out the door, either… Yet.
NBA: Report, Celtics Going Hard To Trade For DeMarcus Cousins
Celtics general manager Danny Ainge has said he’d ideally like to trade his treasure trove of first-round picks – up to 10 over the next four years – for veterans. I doubt Ainge would do that at any cost, but that route sure worked well last time with Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen joining Paul Pierce in Boston.

Led by Karl-Anthony Towns, Willie Cauley-Stein, and Devin Booker — all likely top 20 picks in the June NBA Draft — this year’s Kentucky squad enters the NCAA Tournament undefeated at 34-0. If their season ends with this team 40-0 and hoisting up the national championship trophy, they will have to be discussed with the great teams of all time in college hoops. And the greatest teams in Kentucky history, certainly. Although, ask John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins and they say their 2010 Kentucky team was better.

NBA Rumor: Boston Celtics are Interested in DeMarcus Cousins
There’s two things certain about the Boston Celtics, 1) they’ve loaded up on draft picks and 2) they’re in the rebuilding process. Celtics general manager Danny Ainge can either pick up a bunch of new talent or flip the draft picks into already proven talent. Ainge has already said publicly that he values the picks because he can trade them, and he’s made no secret he’d rather deal them for an established player rather than using them all. Well the Celtics reportedly have their eyes on DeMarcus Cousins.
