This was an amazing deed by DeMarcus Cousins and Chevrolet to surprise a mother and deserving family with a brand new car. The video almost brought me to tears myself.

Though there were some doubts, but Rajon Rondo’s $9.5 million, one-year deal with the Sacramento Kings ended up being a steal. Unfortunately the deal didn’t provide the Kings with a more certain ability to retain the star point guard.
There wasn’t any NBA action yesterday on Thanksgiving but that doesn’t mean there wasn’t news to speak of. Late Wednesday night after the Milwaukee Bucks lost at home to the Sacramento Kings, there reportedly was a heated altercation in the tunnel and back in the locker room. Players from both teams were shouting at each other and it all stemmed from something involving DeMarcus Cousins and O.J. Mayo.
Maybe they needed to blow up to get right. The Sacramento Kings imploded after their loss to the San Antonio Spurs dropped them to 1-7. DeMarcus Cousins reportedly cursed out George Karl in front of the whole team. Karl reportedly wanted to suspend Cousins for two games but was overruled by general manager Vlade Divac. Cousins later apologized and they settled everything with a team meeting. It must’ve worked because the Kings beat the Detroit Pistons 101-92 on Wednesday night. Cousins dropped 33 points and 9 rebounds in the win. His teammate Kosta Koufos tried to give Cousins a high five but was left hanging during the excitement. Cousins later took to Twitter to show Koufos some love.
Before their 101-92 win over the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night, the Sacramento Kings were 1-7 and imploding. Franchise player and known hot-head DeMarcus Cousins reportedly cursed out head coach George Karl in front of the whole team.
Tristan Thompson ended his standoff with the Cleveland Cavaliers and agreed to a five-year, $82 million deal. The Cavs initially offered a five-year, $80 million deal but Thompson wanted a max contract of $94 million. After weeks of posturing they finally came to an agreement. Though the Cavs technically won in the standoff, most still consider it to be quite a large contract considering Thompson’s production. One of those people includes Sacramento Kings star DeMarcus Cousins.
