Early Saturday Morning, police was called to the hunts point section of the Bronx for what seemed to be a dispute at first but ended in a murder situation. Police say 28 year old Ronis Garcia was at a party at his friends house in the Bronx when a woman believed to be Garcia’s ex-wife started brawling with another woman at the party. The two women really began to go at it and when Mr. Garcia stepped in to stop the women from fighting he ended up being stabbed by one of the women in the chest. Sad! Remember Pedro From Real World: San Fran That Died From AIDS? His Then-Boyfriend Just Died From Lung Cancer!
Back in the 90’s, Pedro Zamora broke ground on television, being totally open about his sexuality on MTV’s relatively-new show, The Real World. He famously dated Sean Sasser, before passing from an AIDS-related illness in 1994. Sadly, almost 20 years later, Sean has passed as well. At the ripe young age of 44, he has lost his battle with lung cancer. RIP!
Rihanna Hit With Lawsuit Over What?!
We all know how close Rihanna was with her Gran Gran Dolly (real name, Clara Brathwaite), so of course the Bajan superstar wanted to send her off right when she passed in June of last year. Rih arranged for an extravagant funeral, complete with tents, multi-media large screens, huge exotic floral arrangements and the like…and of course, that all came with a price. The final amount came to around the $150k mark, but apparently Rihanna only paid about 25% of it and refused to pay more. Not sure why on her end, but the company that put it together is now suing for the rest of the balance. No word yet from Rih or her camp.
FOUL! Someone Stole James Gandolfini’s Rolex Hours After He Died!
Damn, people really have no respect. Just hours after actor James Gandolfini passed away in Rome last month, someone stole his $3,000 Rolex submariner watch from his room. The insurance form says there was no damage to the room and there’s no mention of forced entry, so it was probably taken by one of the many people in the room when they discovered the actor had suffered a heart attack. SMH! They’re definitely going to Hell with gasoline drawers on!
