Will they ever learn? Another Zookeeper is dead while attempting to feed tigers. But this time, it was in front of visitors! It turns out that when it came time to feed the tigers, the keeper forgot to lock the door holding them. As he laid the food out, a tiger crept up behind him, pouncing him, and killing him with a single bite to the throat. Check out the pics after the jump.

Angelina Jolie underwent a double mastectomy earlier this year, after being diagnosed with the BRCA1 gene. Doctors told the Hollywood actress she would need to remove her ovaries to further reduce her chances of developing cancer. Jolie’s maternal side of her family has a lengthy history of the disease; both her mother and aunt suffered from breast cancer. A family friend reveals why Angelina is postponing the surgery. Premila Lal jumped out of a closet to surprise a family friend and the friend was so startled that she took a gun and shot Premila dead. The Father of Premila is saying it was accident and was not meant to happen but the police is saying everyones story is not consistent and does not make sense.
