5 Things You Should Do To Prep Your Mobile Device For The Time Change

Daylight Savings Time starts tomorrow and last year, many IOS users experienced a few glitches caused by Daylight Savings Time. Some people reported their phone being hours ahead and even hours behind, causing missed flights and showing up for work late. To help avoid problems here are 5 things you should do to prep your phone for Daylight Savings Time. 1. Make sure your phone’s Date & Time Set Automatically is turned on. 2. Use the alarm clock setting on your phone and set up a backup time. 3. Make sure all software is up to date. 4. If your really need to be somewhere in the morning set a countdown timer. 5. Turn device completely off (give your phone some time to rest).


Don’t Forget It’s Time To Spring Ahead, Daylight Savings Starts Tonight!

We’re springing ahead and losing an hour of sleep tonight at 2am. Although I’m happy that spring is coming, I would much rather prefer the extra hour of sleep until it actually gets here! Daylight savings time begins tonight, so be sure to set your clocks before you go to bed (most cell phones will just change themselves). Daylight Savings Time is coming to an official end on Sunday November 6, 2011 at 2 a.m. Daylight Savings ending means another hour of sleep or another hour of partying as we set the clocks back an hour.
