There is clearly something wrong with Browns wide receiver Devone Bess. He was hospitalized by his family against his will 10 months ago after he assaulted a sheriff and appeared violent, unstable and suffering from some form of mental illness. A month after that meltdown Bess was traded from the Dolphins to the Browns where he is now and the information didn’t make the news until recently as Bess has again begun to show signs of a mental breakdown.
