Justice is served for a second time involving the untimely death of young Darius Simmons (13), who was gunned down and murdered by his elderly neighbor, John Henry Spooner (76) in front of his mother. While the shooter Spooner was convicted to life in prison with no chance of parole last month, the family got some additional good news, when a judge ruled in their favor for civil suit against the killer. We reported earlier this week the silent treatment Darius Simmons was receiving from the media in light of Trayvon Martin. Simmons, who was 13 years-old and taking out the trash, was shot and killed by his racist neighbor who claimed Darius had stolen from his house.

Trayvon Martin is everywhere, and there are so many more of him when there shouldn’t be. Darius Simmons, a 13 year-old kid, was doing his chores last year when 76 year-old neighbor John Spooner decided to take the situation into his own hands. He accused Darius of stealing a gun from his house, which he hadn’t, and then proceeded to punish him on his own. Spooner is awaiting trial, and based on this video alone, he needs to be locked up for a long time. This video is extremely graphic. If it would remotely bother you, don’t watch it.
