NBA: Darius Miles Made $62 Million In His Career And Now Has To Hold Auction To Pay off Debts

Darius Miles had alot of potential when he was drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers with the third overall pick in the 2000 NBA draft. His game was exciting and the young Clippers team with Lamar Odom and others was gonna be exciting to watch for years. Or so we thought. Just like the Clippers didn’t work out, Miles career didn’t go exactly as planned. Still, he was able to earn quite a bit of money, $62 million dollars to be exact but similar to his career on the court, his wealth didn’t go as planned either, as he now has to sell plenty of items that he doesn’t want to let go, just to pay off debts.

Darius Miles was a first-round draft pick with the Los Angeles Clippers in the 2000 NBA draft, he starred in a movie with Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds, he landed an endorsement with Michael Jordan’s athletic brand, and made nearly $62 million in the NBA, but now he’s filing for bankruptcy.
