A couple months removed from Doc Rivers departure from the Boston Celtics and there’s still some tension. Apparently the story isn’t being told properly as is common amongst opposing parties. Doc Rivers feels like Celtics President of Basketball Operations, Danny Ainge, painted him in a bad light. That’s something that could ruin his storied history with the Celtics and it’s left Rivers disappointed. Read more after the jump.
This is getting good now, LOL! Lebron’s comments about foul calls against him have caused a firestorm throughout the NBA with players & fans alike. Celtics GM Danny Ainge also had something to say, to which Lebron replied. You can read about that story HERE. Things between the Heat and Celtics are already tense, and it just got kicked up a notch with the commnets of Pat Riley going straight at Danny Ainge. Read what happened after the jump.
This story doesn’t look like it is going to die anytime soon. After Lebron made some complaints about fouls against him during the Heat loss to the Chicago Bulls, many people chimed in with their opinion. Some players have spoken on it, fans, and even Celtics GM Danny Ainge. I am really hoping at some point during the playoffs the Celtics and Heat will face off. It would be a very intense series. See what Lebron & Ainge said after the jump.
Rajon Rondo is growing a reputation as a volatile player with a rising temper and maybe very little self control. Following the small brawl between the Celtics and the Nets, Rondo was issued his third suspension in nine months. Of course this is to the displeasure of President of basketball operations Danny Ainge. Check what he had to say after the jump. Shay Marie
Over the summer, Rajon Rondo declared himself the best point guard in the NBA, and Celtics president Danny Ainge, whose faith in Rondo as the future of the franchise has seemingly been as inconsistent as the 26-year-old’s play on the court through his first six seasons, didn’t entirely disagree.
