A police officer, who responded to the Chris Brown assault in D.C., is now under investigation from internal affairs. The officer, who is unidentified, may have lied to a detective colleague about a conversation between Chris Brown and himself. Yaleni Santos Tohalino gave birth to twins minutes apart, but their birth certificated will state different years. On December 31st, 2013 at 11:58 p.m., the mother welcomed Lorraine Yaleni Begazo into the world. On January 1st, 2014 at 12:01 a.m., Tohalino gave birth to her twin brother, Brandon Ferdinando Begazo, at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, in Washington, D.C.
