Basically every female on the Love & Hip Hop cast has a beautiful thick frame but not all are happy with it. Cyn Santana made the decision to go under the knife to get a breast reduction surgery. She tweeted, “I’m currently preparing myself for my surgery! I’m finally having breast reduction due to health and insecurity issues and I’m excited.” The reality TV star posted a before-and-after picture onto her Instagram account showing the difference the surgery made. Regardless of her bra size, Cyn is absolutely stunning and we’re happy she can live a more healthy life with a smaller chest! Check out the pics in the gallery of her new change.
