Â Toronto Raptors fans found a new tactic by holding up huge cutouts of Kim Kardashian to taunt Humphries when the Nets played against them. LMAO guess someone got a little Bieber Fever, huh?? David Dowling, 23, was busted in Florida over the weekend after he tried to run out of a store with the cardboard cutout of the Biebs tucked under his arm.
