A study from the University of South Carolina revealed that more than four cups of coffee a day can increase your risk of dying young. As per the study, ‘young’ is anyone under 55. The study comes from the tracking of 43,727 people whose ages ranged from 20-87. From the study, it’s now believed that the excessive consumption of coffee may adversely affect the body’s metabolism, outweighing some of the known health benefits. Get the full scoop after the jump.
