As we told you in a previous post, the highly anticipated new FX series American Crime Story will feature an episode called The People v. O.J. Simpson. This season of the series is based on the trial of O.J. Simpson in the death of his wife, Nicole Simpson, and a friend where he was eventually acquitted thanks in part to his lawyers Johnnie Cochran and Robert Kardashian. The cast of this particular episode is top notch with actors like Cuba Gooding Jr., John Travolta, and David Schwimmer just to name a few. Check out the trailer after the jump!

NFL: Cuba Gooding Jr. to Play O.J. Simpson in New TV Series About His Infamous Murder Trial
It was the trial that captured the nation and now it’s coming to television screens in the form of a new TV series. Former NFL legend O.J. Simpson was tried and acquitted on two counts of murder for the deaths of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Ron Goldman. The trial is now being told through a TV series called “American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson” and Cuba Gooding Jr. has scored the leading role.

Many are waiting for the release of the movie, The Butler to come out seeing as it’s based on a time period that made history for us all. The Butler stars, Forest Whitaker, Oprah, Cuba Gooding Jr, and many others, so it’s bound to be a smash hit, but it looks like we may have to wait longer than we thought. DAMN! Inspiring. With a jam packed, star-studded cast of Oprah, Forest Whitaker, Cuba Gooding Jr., Terrence Howard, James Marsden, Robin Williams, Lenny Kravitz and plenty others, “The Butler” is something I am really looking forward to watching. This has the potential to make millions! Whitaker plays, Eugene Allen a guy who served eight U.S. Presidents over the course of 30 years (true story), and with all the things that American has gone through his family was able to endure as well.
